Promoting Girl and Self Employment Project

The Promoting Girl and Self-Employment Project was implemented by Plan International Nepal in 25 Village Development Committees (VDCs) of Parbat District. Running from January 2014 to September 2016, the project focused on empowering 3,500 households (HH) by promoting girls' education and encouraging self-employment opportunities. It aimed to enhance economic independence and social inclusion for marginalized communities, particularly girls, through skill development, education, and livelihood support.
