Payun Dhuwakot Integrated Community Development Project

The Payun Dhuwakot Integrated Community Development Project was implemented by Heifer International Nepal in the Lunkhu and Pakhapani VDCs of Parbat. Running from January 2010 to December 2014, the project involved 12 community groups and directly benefited 290 households, with 145 households engaged in the project activities. The project focused on improving livelihoods through integrated community development, including livestock-based income generation, sustainable farming practices, and capacity building. It aimed to enhance the economic well-being and food security of the participating communities while promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
